DSP REVIEW 2019

Practicals:

The practicals gave us a lot of insights about the real power of signal processing. The experiments include  IIR design using IIM and BLT methods, Linear phase FIR filter using windowing and frequency sampling method, Multirate signal processing and adaptive filtering. Also there was another experiment which consisted of DSP application to be implemented. The benefit of this was that we came to know about the papers published IEEE journal and thus were more acquainted with the practical power of DSP.

Lectures:

Lectures were very much to the point and covered almost all the important concepts available in DSP. Everything had a good knowledge associated with itself and the notes written because of simplicity of the explanation by our sir. He wrote almost all the examples and concepts on the board through which we wrote it in our notebooks and hence we were able to read it in future for reference.

Overall:

In all, DSP subject was a very very awesome journey and it has lots and lots of things to do. All it requires is dedication and smart work. Our professor were well versed with the concepts and hence he made this journey a very happy one. (:D) The computation power we came to know about DSP was thrilling and hence we would always dwell more and more into the world of DSP.
